The outline will also be submitted to the members of the workshop before the seminar. During the opening session the Chairperson will also present some practical examples based on his/her personal expertise.

The commentor presents aspects aligned with the Chairperson's comments and some practical examples in the opening session.

The rapporteur presents the central aspects of the discussion of the workshop on the basis of opening session, excursion, and reporting session. In particular it is the commentor's task to demonstrate possible common features with the Grundtvig session.

Every member of the workshop drafts a brief description of the situation in his/her own country on the basis of the Chairperson's outline and submits it to the Chairperson by 3 September, 1999.
