Registration
for the seminar will take place in the hotel lobby, starting on Saturday Sept 18, 1999 at 15 p.m. The organisers will have their staff on duty at the registration point, which will be as an information desk throughout the seminar.
Services available at the venue
During the seminar the participants can use the office located on the ground floor. The office is equipped with computer with access to the Internet, a facsimile and a telephone for the use of the seminar participants. There is also a copier situated near the office. The fax messages addressed to seminar participants will be hung on the bulletin board in the hotel lobby.
In the hotel rooms and in the hotel lobby there is also access to the Internet.

Interpretation
During the opening and full sessions the languages will be English, French, German and Finnish. All seminar languages can be used in working group D also. As for other working groups and excursions the working language will be English.
